We all salaried tax payers contribute to nation building without any murmur. After that we have to buy our own mediclaim, own accident insurance, own term insurance which leave a very meagre amount bat our hand. my submission is the government should automatically cover all salaried taxpayer in Ayushman Bharat to help them in medical emergency. There should be some kind of group term insurance be paid on behalf of all salaried tax payers to help the families of the tax payer prorated to tax.

The deduction under section 80U of the Income Tax Act to cover for expenses of the physically handicapped people was last revised in FY 2014-15 and needs to be looked into considering the rise in healthcare cost. Presently a person with severe disability gets a deduction of Rs 1.25 lac. This needs to revised to at least Rs 2.0 lac an year.

Honesty should be rewarded. People should feel proud to contribute to nation-building - Certificates are not enough! Present Direct taxes are a maze of various slabs, deductions & exemptions. If the laws can be made simple for a layman to understand & tax rates can be moderate, the incentive to cheat will become less. With better surveillance & data mining, the cheaters can be caught & punished. It will be prudent to have fewer slabs & the highest slabs aligned to the Corporate Taxes

Education sector needs drastic makeover right from primary to secondary to higher-level opportunities for education to all to augment capacity and quality. There is a strong need to invoke innovation, industry focus and core research facilities and enablement structure. There is a strong xenophobic tendency due to lack of adequate opportunities and quality of institutions, teaching pedagogy and job opportunities.
