If possible there should not be tax on income. As it is only 9/10 % of total tax collection at center. If there is no tax on income, the small merchants amand business men will show there actual income and will deposit in banks which will increase money rotation and bank liquidity due to less cash form. Will help to reduce corruption in small amount.

Dear Sirs, I have 3 suggestions: 1. Please consider reducing GST rate for 2/3 Wheelers to 18% while keeping cars and SUVs at 28%/43% with cess 2. Please consider taxing agricultural income above Rs 10 lakhs (net of expenses) as this will significantly expand the tax base and reduce the burden ONLY on salaried class and corporates 3. Increase deduction for housing loan interest from Rs 2 lakhs to Rs 4 lakhs BUT tax any unrented house at 1% of market value Thanks.

I would like to recommend to allocate the benefits of development based on the ratio of tax payers. It's happening that group of people pays tax and other group of people gets most benefit out of it. Those who pay tax will still suffer with no proper basic needs like sanitary, water connections, road facilities. Instead analyse from where money is coming and how to allocate facilities accordingly. Also corporate folks pay tax in multiple venues but will not get tax savings benefits,Kindly fix it.

Amendment in section 115BBE of I.Tax Act (which authorise levy of net effective tax rate of 75% ) was made in the eve of demonetisations but now it is giving rise in corruption and very hardship for genuine tax payers. It shd be resorted in its original form. Alternatively it should be provided that if an Assessee sue motto declares income u/s 68 or 69 of ITax return then without prejudice and immunity from other laws the Assessee should be charged tax at normal rates.

1)Farmers with more than 5 Acres land should be under TAX radar and asked to submit returns. Farmers with more than 10 acres land should be charged a certain amount of tax. 2)Shopowners in city with more than 60 square feet of shop have to file returns and give some minimum tax amount 3) education scheme by PM Modi is applicable for Minorities, i think it should be economically backward people 4) no purchase should be allowed of more than 25K value product without giving PAN or Aadhar no.

Respected Madam, We can collect Rs.120 annually or Rs.10 monthly from every household that is willing to contribute and create a reserve which can be used for defense related spends or may be to help their families. People who are willing to contribute can have this service activated through their banks which will auto-debit this amount monthly/annually. I am sure people will be willing to contribute for our military and doing so will not even burn a hole in their pockets.

ACTUALLY DIFFICULTY OF DOING BUSINESS IN INCREASING. Increasing and repetitive new regulations, ad-hoc filings are making life difficult for MSME & SME who want to close business and throw out employees. Under MCA multiple filings can be combined under Single Annual Return and multiple filing fees can be saved. TASK FORCE to be set up under each regulator to examine duplication, outdated and un-required compliances to make regulation more meaningful.

Respected Madam ! Why as a country we have a very simplified Income tax structure like that in Japan. One slab for all. Instead of chasing only employee class who is taking the burden of 90% others who do not pay tax ,why not every citizen pays a flat say 10%. I make 95% plus payments digitally , get charged for every transaction, why not abolish transaction charged for all digital payments.
