ALL REGULATIONS ARE BEING FRAMED TO KILL COMPETITION, KILL MSME & SME ENTERPRISES. Onerous and Multiple compliance requirements and heavy penalties are making doing business very difficult. MSME & SME serve retail customers but rules, business lot and contract sizes are being raised to push out retail customers. Rules are being unevenly implemented and skewed against MSME & SME. Restricted trade practices being followed by large players thereby making doing business difficult for MSME/SME.

Respected Sir Madam, The Income tax rates should be moderated. I believe it should be charged 10% till 10 lakhs, 20% till 20 lakhs and 25% beyond this amount. Also, the free distribution of money or facilities should be reduced. People are becoming lazy. They dont want to work since they are getting everything as free. ( like 25kgs rice at 50ps/kilo , dal, oil etc at subsidized rate ). Who wants to work if they are getting everything free or cheap.

Madam, please fix eligibility for Salaries., Phone subsidies, travel allowance and pensions for Memers of Parliament who are Crorepaties. Please encourage at least Ruling Party members who do not need such facilities. Please use the funds so collected to fund Pradhan Mantri Vridha Awastha Pension Yojna or Relief funds. Thanks

INCOME TAX ACT - LAST DATE OF ITR FILING - The penalties for late filing of ITR needed to be restructured - after 30th sep. penalties for Tax audit returns attracts heavy penalties at once - here it Should be period based. lower penalty structure such as Rs.100 to Rs.500/- per day penalty or so for next month or months of the due date. This will not require date extensions and assesses will also be comfortable in case of his legitimate problems that lead him to file late his ITR.

Considering commercialisation of Medical, Engineering etc I suggest that all Institutes it should mandatory to offer seats strictly by ranking (with proof of it) and there should be a merit list beyond which no admissions can be given. This will force the Institutions to take by merit and if not the seats will go vacant. It will get these Institutes to offer Scholarships and in turn help poor but meritorious students.
