Respected Finance ministry,
Since housing is one of major issue , government should ban NRI investment or buying of homes in flats and individuals home since this is the basis need need , nri citizen should not be allowed to own home or invest here on housing since permanent resident of India are facing high rate of flats as builders are aiming at NRI customers, we see political and business men with black amt buying 100’s of flat in one city with black amount which should be stopped .

GST exemption for NGOs providing services for the skill development and placement of hearing and speech impaired and intellectually challenged. (especially if profit is not derived from such purposes) - The service given for empowering specially abled youth should not be considered for GST.

Request to provide option of two GST rates to restaurant service i.e existing 5% without Input Tax Credit and also new rate of 12% with ITC (similar to service of goods transport agency). Detailed reps submitted. The restaurant industry, valued at ~ INR 4 Lakh Crore is third largest after retail and insurance in service segment, providing direct employment to over 7 million Indians. Dear Madam,
First step towards a strong budget is to begin with plugging leakages. One practical solution to curb menace of corruption and black money is to use lie-detector tests. I have covered mechanism for it in my fictional-thriller ‘OPERATION CAMOUFLAGE’ and would request you to have a look at the same. On receiving your confirmation, I will be more than happy to send you a copy highlighting the particular pages for your quick reference. Book video link shared.
Regards
Amit Sidham

Hon'ble Madam,
One nation, one tax like GST is good for citizen but GST council is failure to maintain it systematically. It should be simplified compulsory. First sale should be upload in simple format on GST Portal 5-10th date of every month & it should be shown as ITC Claim on purchaser login then payable should be paid by monthly basis upto 20th date of every month after reconciliation of Input & output. GSTR-9, GSTR-9C & RCM should be remove because these are very painful for everyone.
