Subsidies for second house should be discontinued as one house is an absolute basic need . It has led to formation of a bubble in housing sector and stretched the Banking and NBFC sector also.

Honorable Finance Minister there are lot of people working in the unorganized sector like Farm labourers, food delivery boys/girls We need to create a social security fund in which their participation is compulsory. Right now there are options but it really doesn’t serve the purpose instead a compulsary secure fund will help them in future

There are lakhs of aged people .. men and women like me, who have various talents at their disposal and they need an income for their living. But we are beyond 55. Government has many schemes for uner 45 age people and train them in different fields for making a living. What can such senior citizens do? They can not apply for any jobs. Many are APL ration card holders but they have no work and regular income. Their talent should be utilised productively while supporting them financially.

Higher tax rates discourage people from doing business effectively and leads to higher tax evasion. The business community like the salaried should be given more incentives to revive the economic slowdown.
