for all people who are paying their tax honestly, give them some kind of special ID which should be tagged/mapped to their PAN card. This special ID can be used in all government institutions, hospitals for faster service. This will encourage to people pay their tax and also when we have separate counter for tax paying citizens there will be more job opportunities as you will be hiring people for such faster service counters in all government places. tax payers will also feel pride in paying tax

I have few suggestion. 1. CTC(Cost to Company) should be define by finance/IT department. Most company count both part of PF in CTC as well as big component as special bonus. 1. 80C limit is not enough to generate corpus for retirement. It should be increase from 1.5 Lacs to 3 Lacs. 2. Interest on Fixed deposit upto 75,000 should be tax free 3. New tax slab upto 5Lacs no tax, 5Lacs to 8Lacs 10% 8Lacs to 12Lacs 20% and above 25% 4. Investment locking period 3 years for all including FD.

Also NPS limit shall be increased to more than 1.5 lacs on the top of 80C section limit in order to have pension income after retirement. This would help to bring in long term investment in county and ensuring private sector employees are taken care by their savings after retirement. Since in private sector there is no pension and it's becoming difficult to curtail increasing expenses and that too without income after retirement. This would definitely help to get pension for private sectors.

Madam Finance Minister Kindly introduce community ownership and management of public resources like roads , toilets, waste management etc. In our area we had community management of waste collection and management. Service deteriorated drastically when the function was taken over by municipality.

Currently 80C section don't help much with many types of investments covered into it. 80C section should be extended to more than 4lacs limit in order to increase investment for long term by individuals. This would definitely help to boost long term investments in county, which could be utilized in many ways for economy growth by providing tax relief to taxpayers.
