To boost Digital money flow in Economy, it is necessary for the government to introduce a limit on Cash in Hand for Individuals, Business owners. For Individuals whose income is below 20 lakh per year, there should be a Cash in Hand limit around 25-30 lakh. And for those whose income is below 50 lakh annually but above 20 lakh, should have a Cash in Hand limit of 40-50 lakh. And for those whose income is above 50 lakh, should have a Cash in Hand limit of Rs 80 lakh to 1 crore.

#Budget2019 Thousands of acres of Land is left unused in India. Provisions must be made in the new budget for the formation of land bank across India. People owing land can entrust the same to government and Government can re-issue the same on lease basis to needy farmers.

#Budget2019 : Fund allocation must be done for safeguarding AADHAAR by using blockchain technology. If Aadhaar could be made secure in blockchain technology, nobody can cheat a penny that will get added into public funds. Zero tolerance to corruption will be the result.
