I am proposing special initiative regarding training primary school teachers. Primary school children are the future back bone of our country. We must take care of primary schools. Unless our primary school teachers are well trained we can not expect a good nation with high intellectual property. Primary school teachers should have knowledge of subjects, environment, and health. They should love the children but unfortunately in our country every thing not O.K. Government should note of this.

1). Remove LTCG - It will bring in more investments. 2). Change in tax slab - With inflation salary/ income increasing but tax slab is constant. 3).Infrastructure development budget specially for remote mine locations. Eg. Coal mines. We have no platforms in the railway stations, no proper connectivity with other parts of the country, poor road conditions, contaminated water. Overall poor infrastructure condition.

1. Stop discriminating based on occupancy. Start charging income tax even on farming/ agriculture. One can decide threshold beyond which to charge but pls do so. Large farmers get free electricity, subsidized farm inputs and then loans are waived!! Treat it like a business and charge income tax on net profit ( and not gross revenue). Nobody should have any complaints on that)

Abolish Short Term and Long Term capital gains tax on equity and simaltaneously increase STT to say 1% on purchase and sale of equities through recognised stock exchange. Benefits can be 1. More revenue for Govt 2. Distorted intraday trade will come down 3. No need for carry over of losses and monitoring compliance.

I suggest to the government to announce the scheme for poor people named as “ PM Akshay Kalewa Yojna” wherein government will provide ready to eat food for poor people at free of cost or at a very nominal charge, it will be proved a great scheme to combat the BHOOK,

Clamp down on large cash transactions. Even after demonetization a lot of black money is floating around. On paper there are restrictions on large cash transactions but in reality it is happening all over the country. Allocate more funds for vigilance and tighten regulations on Jewelry and other big ticket items sales on cash.

Ad hoc bonus should also be granted to the employees of autonomous bodies like Kvs and Nvs. Death gratuity and retirement gratuity should also be granted to the employees of autonomous bodies who are NPS holders. Income tax must also be collected from politicians. Income tax slab should be 5, 10, 15,20,30,40,50....etc. Things of basic need should be cheap. Every type of subsidy must be abolished from MLA and MPs. There should be regular income tax n sale tax raids on bussiness men n indstrilist.
