In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

Income tax of induvisiual will be allowed for deduct the expenses towards children school fees, house maintenance and Repair, daily house hold expenses, car maintenance ect ect.

First Government should upgrade the justice in democracy. No one corrupt officer or politician should be allowed and should be fined. Goverment should improve the condition of poor and unemployed people. JAY HIND , JAY BHARAT

EDUCATION, DEFENCE AND SECURITY, WATER AND SANITATION, SOCIAL WELFARE SCHEMES, AGRICULTURE, HOSPITALS, ROADS AND CONSTRUCTION, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS), DIGITAL SAFE AND SECURE BANKING ARE THE KEY AREAS THAT NEEDS TO BE FOCUSSED.

4. Add more budgets to commission indigenous passenger plane Saras which is developed by NAL to Air force cargo and civilian UDAN program which should replace AN32 in Indian air force 5. Identify the low tech defense imports and bring them under Make in India program 6. Spend on defense R&D with project management like ISRO to get result in finite time 7. More thrust should be given to Avionics where we still needs lot of development

The top management colleges like iim and iit .Nit of any city may be given the task and mandate to suggest the town planning,traffic management,pollution control,civic amenities and the team of these experts should work under an expert management commitee of the city headed by district magistrate to have a sound management practice in the city

1.Tax structure should be such that one should encourage to earn more which will create more jobs 2.instead of increasing the tax and feeding into porous system, Fix the leak in the system which is spending the tax money, make them more transparent 3.Reduce income tax this will keep more money in the hands of individual in turn it will encourage individuals to add more jobs, like cooks, drivers and maids

1. Education now a days is very costly matter. Many brilliant students can not get good education due to poverty to pay the fees of good institution. This is a big failure of our country. So free or low fees schools or colleges are very much Essential throughout the country. The whole education system must be changed for better future and better country. 2. Whole cast based reservation system must be changed. Reservation can be granted on the financial condition of induvisiual and not cast.

Medical Health Insurance for Family & Pension scheme (enroll age upto 55 years) should be compulsory for MEDIUM CLASS private service men (Salary 1.5 lac to 5 Lacs) -LIFE TIME. All facilities must be provided by GOVT with minimum / reasonable premium like Rs. 100 to 1000/- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT OR NEED FOR ALL PUBLIC ESPECIALLY IN RAJASTHAN. All Interest Free Loan should be closed for everyone If can not closed than apply through online without anybody or agent or staff.

Water is the resource , expert say next world war will be based on this only . 70% of Indian Water which comes through rain go waste and mix with Ocean water . Or Irrigation system are faulty that water goes to soil not in plants . Crop pattern are not good Sugarcane wasting 70%. There is need to have a regulatory Body of water , which invest on training to use water . Controls other government bodies for making check dams ,plastic ponds ( innovative idea to convert waste plastic to ponds) .
