Training program to Panchayat/Council/Corporation members -------- Respected sir, Panchayat members, councillors,corporators forms part of local level leaders, who help in managing the local administration. Their successful movement with local people solves disputes, if any, n empowers the people with more confidence. However,members knowledge about the rules n regulations governing the local body is paramount in solving the disputes. But some of them have limited knowledge reg parent body norms about various matters including rules governing construction of houses/buildings,side margins in land while construction,road margins,drainage connection etc which leads to litigation amongst residents. In other words,if the representatives aware of the correct rules governing the parent body,litigation may be avoided n convince the residents. I therefore suggest mandatory training program for the people's representatives immediately after their election victory in the interest of all.

New Policy require to Withdraw the Elected members by the people itself for the reason of Poor performance / Corruption / Anti Indian minds / Supporting Anti social elements and acting against national interest and public interest.

Hon'ble PM sir, This is very lucky and memorable day on 75th year of our country Independence day celebrations as "Azadi ka Amruth Mahotsav". It is just like of our birth day celebrations to our country,as because so many freedom fighters are sacrificed their life to the Nation for this freedom.Now, we are enjoying a lot without any doubts. First thing every citizen has to say thanks to our Army,Navy & Air forces and second is thanks to every former in our Country. In my Opinion "Jai Javan" & "Jai Kissan" both are our eyes to our country. Now, we are enjoying this freedom from them. so in our country every one to follow our law of constitution to elimination of differences between the cast,religions,etc.,and every one has to give respect to each other. Now, it is proved that, recently our "President" elections of India is Elected smt/Hon'ble"Droupathi Murmu" so all are equal rights as per our Indian constitution. we are in the important movement of celebrating our 75th or golden jubilee of our independence day. there are lots and lots of people who were given their soul to our india for getting freedom. we want to give our obedience and herat ful thank you to such freedom fighters. every citizen should remember their sacrifice for our indian and be thank full for that. every citizen want to help and promote women's education, women's freedom, decrease import, increase exports, increasing domestic production and want to create job opportunities to improve each citizen's personal income. In this 75 years our country had well developed in many departments like military, women's development, agriculture. like this upcoming years also want to be for development it is in the hand of youngsters. so within upcoming 75 months we want to make India as a well advanced and developed country in the world. in corona period the whole world had seen india as a powerful country in economic, medical etc.
