continued from my trailing report 5. The govt should have differential tariff for passport fees, presently all pay 1.5 K, i suggest you should increase this by another 500 rupees for adults. the minors you can keep fees of 1.5 k with lakhs applying it will be huge revenue to nation. 6. The ration shop card also one time yearly statituary fees of Rs 100/- for registration could be taken for BPL and Rs 200/- APL cards..this will fetch huge revenue for entire year pan india BPL card/APL Card. The govt is keeping godowns, giving huge subsideies, keeping staff...all expenses borne... atleast citizens should pay statituary rs 100 per year.

sir suggestions 1. in most of the states the citizen dont pay property tax, water, current bills presently govt gives 5 % rebate for prompt payment , i suggest you make this 10 % to motivate all to pay. 2. The current and water bills are not paid by influential and written off with influence. govt sholud give 10 percent rebate for timely payers this will motivate many to pay. 3. The income tax payers should be linked with LPG,Current, water, other civic departments...only tax payers should enjoy the subsidy given by govt and civic amenities. this will motivate many ...today only 5 percent of Indians file income tax...we need to check mate wealthy wise non taxpayers in this country..if needed door to door one time exercise need to be done for th actual economics survey. 4, Govt should check audit 100 percent the beneficiaries getting quota in job, colleges..the fact is that only the wise priveledged get all the quoto free decieving all at any levels due to lack of proper audit.

1) Exempt 100% long term capital gain from sale of equity shares and mutual funds for individuals. At present, exemption limit is Rs. 1 lakh only ; 2) To avail the Exemption by individual, Allow long term capital gain for investment in govt securities and govt.bonds without any conditions, that is irrespective of purchase of housing property... At present, the exemption is allowed u/s 54F with a condition to reinvest in housing property within stipulated time. Above mentioned suggestion will help to individuals from middle class families, who does not want to buy second house and wants for betterment of their life and to improve their standard of living. Thanks, Ajit Katkoria

Consider #seniorcitizens I see no importance for seniors today we are hereby there contributions.. give concession on #propertytax for senior citizens as that will be their sole earnings for living in old age, to maintain the property, they should be able to maintain themselves even in the absence of rent tax should not become burden.. increase #interestrateforseniorcitizen yes interest rate for senior citizens scheme should be increased so that they will be able to afford their living expenses accordingly as the prices are rising day by day.. look into #pensionforseniors pension for senior should be provided for all class not just for bpl ppl.. age is disabilities to earn living so pension is must for all citizens above 65yrs of age
