It will curb the most common use of black money, increase tax yield and remove the incentive of accumulating black money which is primarily invested in real estate. This change may be brought gradually @ 40 pc every months for next 3 years. Then it should be revised upwards@ 5pc per year.

as per my research on Personal TAX system indian government reduced personal TAX 30% to 10% on any net profit amount . Government do not need to focus on % but focus on collections every year. if % is low then people try to increase white amount in tax filing. Indian government need to do more research on TAX system and making from complex system to easy system.
