please increase circle rate[minimum vale at which property could be sold] of registration of properties by 3 times and reduce stamp duty to one third. It will curb the most common use of black money, increase tax yield and remove the incentive of accumulating black money which is primarily invested in real estate. This change may be brought gradually @ 40 pc every months for next 3 years. Then it should be revised upwards@ 5pc per year.

as per my research on Personal TAX system indian government reduced personal TAX 30% to 10% on any net profit amount . Government do not need to focus on % but focus on collections every year. if % is low then people try to increase white amount in tax filing. Indian government need to do more research on TAX system and making from complex system to easy system.

BSNL can provide required service to the subscriber through post office, for example by providing services like New simcard, Recharge option etc. rural people will be benefited to get internet facility through post office in rural areas. Similar to the merger of banks, the revenue of the government can be increased by merging the business services with the post office.

Modiji whole of black money in this country is with real estate sector. Builders charge people at very very high rates and ask for half of the money in cash or in any of their known third party account. Control the prices of properties in India just like you have controlled prices of essential medicines in India. Income tax department should be directed to enquire all large cash withdrawals within short period of time and account to account transfers very seriously . Please put a check on real estate sector. And do a surgical strike on this parallel economy so that our country can get benefit of it. Middle class people neither get benefit of government schemes nor they can afford to purchase a house on their own. Do not bow down in front of real estate unions , the whole country is with you just do a surgical strike on real estate corruption.

Tax rich immediately and reduce burden on common man who are below 10% 1. top 1% own 40% india's wealth and next 9% own 40% wealth so total top 10% own 80% wealth so tax immediately for reducing burden on budgets and common people 2. Next 20% own 10% wealth and the next 20% own 7% and bottom 50% own 3% so wealth is going into hands of top 10% more speciffically so plan taxing heavily on top 10% and moderately on next 20% and tax less on bottom 70% and give subsidies only to bottom 70% people. Increase Railway fares so as to introduce new railways and new railway lines to unconnected mandals or blocks or districts if its uncovered.
