For Good Governance its high time to revised tax regime eg upto 3 lakhs no tax and upto 5 lakhs allow tax rebates under 80c thereafter fixed tax of Rs 5000 per lakh upto 10 lakhs and thereafter 10000 per lakh upto 15 lakh ie on every 5 lakhs of income tax increased by 5000 per lakh and make it compulsory for every citizen above 30 to file ITR whether he or she having taxable income or not whether he or she unemployed or employed it will bring all citizens under tax umbrella and on longer run will boost our economy with lower tax broaden or wider coverage

This non personalized data owned by government agency. This data hub can provide to anyone interested. Also services aggregating data, machine learning etc can be made available.
It will reduce Biz buying data from hackers or local companies selling data for profit. These data sets are sold with personal data like mobile numbers. Then these companies trouble individuals by making sales call. Eventually All this can be stopped by this policy.
