India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

Every government agency collects data. Income Tax, GST, Health, Insurance, Education, Road Transportation, Aviation, Finance, Housing, Election Commission, Civic Agencies have citizen data and is mostly linked with Aadhaar. If the data is collected by various agencies in a particular format, the data will not get duplicated and it will easier to store and retrieve. As most of the data is linked to Aadhaar, let UIDAI prepare a back end data format where whatever data is collected is linked and common fields are not duplicated. It will make the data more compact and meaningful. IDMO is supposed to maintain and safeguard the data collected by government bodies can facilitate this process as this would reduce the data load required to be stored. This would result in storage cost reduction.

Data collection record information gathering engagement in technology should be fully educated by so try to give all maximum number of people give /provide - besic knowledge of technology how this will provide those who r old age then house woman /family woman's even labour worker vendor if enroll them by thier place of work how - connectivity via work Availability through mobile or do small technology booth

Individually Enrollment for betterment of life equally why not take data record which direct access to public daily affairs / daily routine work drainage system pipe line of water system this will help to keep r river clean make sorroundings beautiful cleanliness & waste water management for reuse water - plantation all drainage system should be utilize not waste
