There could be a critical behavioral dimension to low female participation ratio in workforce. The husband's reluctance and the female's low self-expectation is humongous behavioral issue that may need targeted, large scale conditioning.

It appears there can never be an atmanirbhar bharat without atmanirbhar women. An highly educated women doing household chores is loss of India's gender progress. A slew of measures could be introduced maybe like more lenient work from home norms, tax deduction for companies with > 50% female workforce, safer commuting to workplace etc. Women is definitely the most critical, deciding factor for atmanirbhar bharat and enabling conditions will encourage them to upskill and reskill.

In India, Common public do not have any platform to do anything for our country. Here only that person can grow who have power or contacts with powerful person. i suggest we have to provide some platform to all people where they can show there talent.

These top notch masters graduates from the newly invested masters programs will work to engineer top notch products in 2nd gen startups of India. This will scale the startups and increase demand for tech work force which will incentivize youth to upskill themselves causing a spiral of upskilling incentives.

India's first gen startups have matured and are all now close to IPOs These startups like paytm, flipkart are mediumly complex tech and their products were engineered with mediumly skilled tech force. The next gen startups would require higher skilled which would come from higher education like mtech and pHD. USA's successhul startup ecosystem rests on its masters graduates. To avoid hitting a slump invest in few select institutions for highest, top notch quality masters programs.

A number of Ph.D researches could be augmented by facilitating Researchers to choose from paid Ph.D holders other than those on the Faculty . This way faculty arm-twisting candidates to forcefully add their names to publications and get other gains for long could be dissuaded . It the same reason as to why people go to two doctors to validate prescriptions . Guide/external blind peer reviewer and support could gain publicity by citing the post doctoral work of their students (if permitted) .

Black money is a major part of the corruption, they are stored in the form of Currency(Say note of Rs.500 and Rs.2000), so what I suggest is that every note should have an expiry date so that it cannot be used after the expiry date there are two advantages (1)It will help in digitalization and (2)corruption will be less.
