1. To skill India education must be made accessible, tye online recording of class 1 to 10 made available on government you tube channel.
2. Current urban has painters, carpenters and other construction workers that need to be bought on common online platform and can be certified and made accessible online by basic skilling, teaching them customer communication and negotiating rates and a feedback rating system like swiggy and dominos model will scale this.

My idea is that in schools some technical skills should be developed in the students that will help them in getting self-employment New ideas should be promoted. Students get only theoretical knowledge but no practical skill is developed in school.

Knowledge capital is the intangible value of an organization made up of its knowledge, relationships, learned techniques, procedures, and innovations. ... Rather than relying on the physical effort of its machines and other equipment, a company's knowledge capital is dependent on the skills and talents of its workers.

Keep open forum for all Indian people to register themselves about their skill. scrutinized all the skilled people and and get one job done through his/her skill. see whether that skilled is useful for general public or not. if useful then provide them help to bring their skill to the expected level.

Adding to gender dimension, the geography dimension with many so called communist states against industrial production should be encouraged to invest in "green jobs", so the much needed contribution from these states like Kerala is received. Just like additional borrowings were given to states for 'ease of doing business' reforms, additional borrowing should be given to states for skilling reforms and performance on "skill indices". "Green skillset" should be identified for communist states.

The Indian woman's psyche has been battered by improper depiction of women in movies/media. Every time a woman watches every single movie, every single of them depicting women as "item girls", She subconsciously internalizes the notion of her existence as only a means to please the man. Her psyche is irreversibly destroyed. For this "battered psyche" to get out and a create the spirit to rule the world, run a business is next to impossible.
