Inviting Creative Ideas and Suggestion to Make India a ‘Tech Nation’

Union Budget 2022 has unfolded a vision for a ‘Naya Bharat’, which will be built on a strong digital ecosystem coupled with reliable physical infrastructure. It has proposed several initiatives to boost skilling sector ushering in a decade of technology in India – or ‘Techade'. The Centre is reimagining Skill India 2.0 to focus on digital skill development, strengthening the collective vision for an inclusive Digital Bharat.

It is also working towards renovating the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and aligning it with evolving industries, making sure the supply of talent is in sync with demand for it. NSQF is anchored in the National Council of Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) to foster stronger industry skill linkages. The current thrust of the NCVET is on emerging technologies including drones, augmented reality, virtual reality, robotics, animation, machine learning, etc.

Industry demand-driven training is being promoted by fee-based training with industry partnerships. Industry-recognized courses in line with Industry 4.0 are in focus. NCVET is also looking to align Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) courses that are running in the industry, with NSQF to create more job-oriented skilling and better absorption by industry.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the DESH-stack e-portal to encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood. DESH is designed to address complex challenges facing the skill development ecosystem by bridging the gap between demand and supply in the existing framework. The portal, which provides API-based trusted skill credentials, payment and discovery layers to find relevant jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities, will also allow a frictionless exchange for skill development, deployment and associated supply-chain and enabling services. In order that this move to a technology-powered future is seamless and beneficial to the entire country, we need the brilliance of young minds to spark innovative thoughts.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best creative ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to a ‘Techade’ of industrial revolution. You can be a partner in the march to change, your ideas can fuel the future.

The last date to submit your entries is 1st March 2022.

Make transactions in central and state government offices, police fines cashless. It shall be either by card, UPI or other method. For those villagers or people who doesn’t have these instruments, they should be able to convert cash into card or QR code or digital rupee in any banks, which could be used. Any unused amount could be used at other shops or made as cash in banks or automatically goes back into their account after a date. During duty hours no government employee can keep cash of 4% of his salary or Rs 10000/- which ever is lower. In case more than this amount is found, they shall be liable to pay predefined penalties and for repeated failures it shall invite suspension without salary for weeks.

To Stop GST evasion: Where transaction is generally of high value, like gold jewellery shops no cash transaction shall be allowed. It shall be either by card, UPI or other method. For those villagers or people who doesn’t have these instruments, they should be able to convert cash into card or QR code or digital rupee in any banks, which could be used in jewellery for purchase. Any unused amount could be used at other shops or made as cash in banks or automatically goes back into their account after a date. At any time the shop keeper or his employees can keep an amount of Rs 5000 max per person and for the total staff of shop it shall not exceed Rs 20000. In case more than this amount is found, they shall be liable to pay predefined penalties and for repeated failures it shall invite closing of shop for days or weeks.

सबसे पहले ऐसी व्यवस्था की जाए कि इन्जियनियरों को चपरासी ना बनना पड़े। क्योंकि आज भारत मे इन्जिनियर बड़ी संख्या मे उपलब्ध है। पर उनके पास रोजगार नही है। काॅलेज से निकलने के बाद जब उन्हे नौकरियां नही मिलती तो वे सरकारी विभागों मे चपरासी और लिपिक जैसे छोटे पदों पर टूट पड़ते हैं। और इन पदों के लिए 10th, 12th, BA पास बेरोजगार रह जाते हैं। कड़वी बात है पर सत्य है।

Namaste prime minister modi sir, I'm here to tell you on world wide free current project. This project is pending work of a scientist. If india initiates this project again for all nation we can provide free current. In this project we get current from thunder storm. We capture the lighting and provide current through towers. what has the govt done so far in Tech in 75 years ? reportedly 1st airplane was created by an Indian ? where r the Indian companies ? In defence we had the mahabharata war & germany /us got ideas of nuclear bomb from Indian upanishads/sahityas ! no research ever ? In agriculture we were the best & current productvity the lowest ? ayurveda we had the best & sanjivani all forgotton ? It is food that keeps the body going & fit. what about yoga ? Astronomy. space research . Life exists beyond earth known to all ? Mantra shakti- The govt has wiped out all scholars & practioners & hatred of brahmins ! can this become mainstream . ditto 4 textiles, mining , metals, gold, diamond , furniture, -sinhasan ! even nail cutter , payal, earing, ring find mentions in Indian books ? Recent UPI in banking & aadhar linking one of the best. atleast make this go global ! Use the best of technology in the world & bring it in India at lowest cost like china. Y india can't do it !
