At post office in addition to normal postal services, other services like Ration card enrolment ,Railway ticket Booking, Tendering of Telephone Bill and Light Bill should be incorporated. Post offices should become the Centre for popularization of all the Central Government schemes to the public. Duties can be arranged in two shifts. General shift from 9 to 5 pm and second shift from 2 to 10 pm. One important thing is that post employee should deposit their mobile before starting their duties towards Post Master or Head and can be taken back after their duties.
