Respected Sir The bill though it is ambitious to develop foreign trade and business it must focus on investment also,moreover, whatever it concerns about trade ,then,how to revive it or how to obtain a trade license who shown interest in exports and imports is important matter.If the bill suggests to create more opportunities to the people as well as build a platform to do the same w'd be more fruitful,hence,the draft bill might have including training school ,so that, create an environment to open more opportunitie.Strategies shouldbe there.I would like to mention about Logistic Hub of Jogighopa,Assam in this connection.Showcase of Handmade products,Agri,Handicrafts etc of different states always to be part of foreign trade in that context.I want to say small scale industries may have opportunities to opt trade and business.
