The central and or state Motor Vehicles Act/s must be strengthened with a new provision that prohibits refuelling the passengers & parcels/cargo vehicles--all types, as and when the drivers are suspected to be in inebriated condition, when they report at fuel stations. The local Police must be alerted and if the breath-analysis tests confirm drunken condition, such vehicles and the driver/s must be quarantined and prosecuted with exemplary punishments. The owners and staff at fuel stations must be made accountable & responsible, for delinquency and violation of the law, if accidents take place, post-refuelling in their bunks. This move would save precious lives from road-rage and rash driving. This needs urgent attention and action as deemed fit by the Ministry of Surface Transport & Nat'l highways. As a senior citizen, it pains me when road accidents news are noted/seen/read. Thanks.

My idea is to use this large user base to generate funds for our defense forces. The Proposal: There are at least 700 million (70 crore) smartphone users in India. If each smartphone user contributes ₹100 per year as a voluntary "Defense Tax," we can collect a total of ₹7000 crore annually. This collected money will be used exclusively for defense-related expenses, such as: Buying advanced fighter jets. Purchasing missile systems like the S-400. Upgrading military equipment. Benefits of this Plan: Financial Strength: It will provide a dedicated and substantial fund to modernize our defense system. Citizen Participation: It will allow every citizen to directly contribute to the security of the nation, instilling a sense of pride and responsibility. This plan is a simple and effective way to leverage ou
