Munshi Premchand, for he depicts the stories which reflects our moral values, his theme is often based on rural India(which in my opinion is real india) he talks about human misery and levaes a great impact on our soul(e.g.stories like कफन, मंत्र), he sometimes makes us sad and sometimes he just keeps us wandering. he wrote on social issues openly in an old conservative era. he never fails to give reader a value and entertainment. for me Premchand is the peaceful escape from the world we live in

my favourite writer is Deleep kaur Tiwana and my favourite novel is 'ਏਹੋ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਜੀਵਣਾ' ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਦ ਦੀ ਲਿਖਤੁਮ " ਉਦਾਸ ਮਨ" ਉਦਾਸ ਹੋ ਗੲੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ, ਵੀਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ, ਬੜਾ ਕੁਝ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਸੀ ਐ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ।
