Very Very strict vigil on Public work execution is essential. I think we can save 40 -50 % with very efficient & smart monitoring of quality of works . There has to be quality checks done by a committee on all works completed and only with their approval should the payments be released . these committees should be short termed and independent . If roads are laid with the exact standards specified , i am sure they will last much longer and thus save largely on relaying .

चोरी कि तो सजा कानून में है लेकिन कामचोरी के लिए और हरामखोर को कोई सजा नहीं है जब तक समाज में KAMCHORI ki NINDA NAHI HOGI AUR KANOON MEN ISKE LIE SAJA KA PRAVDHAN NAHI HOGA TABTAK DESH MEN SUDHAR KI KALPANA KARNA BEMANI HAI.

Sir please create some bank accounts limits. One person having number of accounts to avoid taxes and black money purposes. So 2-3 bank accounts limit enough for one person. And sir please interlink all these accounts means if person give cheque only bank and amount in this account is not proper than it should deduct another account number so that bogus cheque and related problems solve and tex on interest should charge easily by interlinking these account numbers

Tackling LPG subsidy: This is just a random thought which I penned down. I understand policy and taxes are not that easy in reality. Use caution. I felt giving up subsidy voluntarily is not practically viable because of the psychological & societal temptations. But instead, what government should do is give subsidy to all population equally with limited cylinders and include a fuel subsidy cess in the income tax.

In my Experience Expenditure management should not only monitor planned versus actual expenses, but also measure effectiveness and effeciencies as a feedback in quarterly reviews, for example, a PDS system data (online) on distribution of food grains should be linked to a survey of hunger related stastitics to show effectiveness and efficiency related data for monitoring efficiency and eefectiveness of PDS, These can be done for all major areas to begin with.

i have a suggestion to stop corruption in RTO TRANSPORTATION commercial vehicle overload,to stop this my suggestion is... 1. As all commercial vehicles have load passing from the manufactureres. but due to corruption a truck passed in 18 ton ,loads 40 tons and hit the road all RTO officer on cheking duty get there shares and pass this truck this share of corruption money has a huge chain .. my suggestion is that apart from penalty there should be law to jail the truck owner for 15 days.
