।सर भारतीयो मे एक चलन है की वह अपना बेकार और टूटा हुआ सोना भी नहीं बेचते ,क्योंकि सुनार उस पर काफी अधिक कमिशन काटता है ।अगर सर्कार बैंको और पोस्ट ऑफिस के द्वारा जनता का यह अनुपयोगी सोना 100% कीमत देकर ख़रीदे तो सर्कार का आयात बिल काफी कम हो जायेगा ।क्योंकि भारतीयो के पास हज़ारो टन सोना बेकार लॉकरों में पड़ा है ।सर अगर यह योजना कामयाब होती है तो आगे चलकर सर्कार को बिलकुल भी सोना आयात की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी ।क्योंकि फिर सब लोग मोबाइल ,कार की तरह उसको खरीदेंगे और मन भरने के बाद उसको बेच दिया करेंगे ।

श्रीमानजी।विदेशी मुद्रा की बचत भी एक आयस्रोत है?पेट्रोलियम का आयात में देश का रिजर्व धन बहुत खर्च होता है?यदि देश के टोल आमद को देखे?लाखों गाडियां किमी प्रति दिन जाम करके दोनों टाइम घंटों चालू इंजन एसी के साथ प्रति दिन रु३५/ कलेक्शन हेतु प्रति गाड़ी १ डालर का विदेशी मुद्रा बेकार होता है?तो देश का करोडो डालर सरकार बेवकूफी में बरबाद कर रही है?दिन पर दिन गाडियां बढरहीहै? जादा विदेशी मुद्रा बरबादी बढती जारहीहै?या तो निर्माण कम हो या गाड़ी के एक बार टैक्स के बाद छूट हो"अच्छे दिन आ गए"दिखाई पडे?

Large govt Institutions like Naval Dock, FCI, NTPC etc should appoint a Entrepreneur Advisory like an OMBUDSMAN. This EA should be a know-all of the industry and should be given a target to increase the tender base from 100 to 200 tenderers. Suitable incentive scheme should be provided in the system. Today the tender is like a "syndicate vice" based on security and performance fear rather than a Vendor encouragement or development exercise. Inst Exp can be drastically brought down this way

Truly institutional tender system is faulty. Materials worth 100 are being quoted at 300 / 400. One may say that competition would bring this down. But practically it is not true because the tenderer is harassed with documents and paperwork that he believes that it is better to swim with the tide. Once he is caught in the web of having to grease to get his bills passed, he becomes a part of the syndicate. It is urgent that expenditure curtailment is actualized in large govt institutions

The officers of the various govt. shall be provided an acess to Exclusive PMO website -on which they can login any time and Put the details about Un-necessary expenditure --or wastage of Govt. Money - resources - Corruption Activities going on in their respective dept./ Area of working(KEEPING TOTAL SECRECY:IN THE INTREST OF THE REPORTING HONEST OFFICER) -thus Direct -Information -will be recived by PMO -Expenditure Management CommissionThe officers of the various govt. shall be provided an aces

the person who have acquired wealth which is beyond their source of income,all such wealth should be confecicated by govt,merely suspention or Disimissal will not serve as deterrent.If Govt sincerely desire to curb the menance of corruption then only solution is detterent punishment that is complete concefication of all wealth acquired by wrong means
