Many high end schools refuse to handover hall tickets to students of Class XII if it appears that they may fail the Board exams, thus potentially destroying the students self esteem and sometimes forcing the student to take the extreme step. This criminal and unlawful act on part of schools should be stopped. To maintain a facade of 100% results, such schools destroy the very students they breed for 14 years. The Ministry for HRD and CBSE should suspend the licence of these schools.
