withdrawn heater compulsory from postal department by using any other mode of sealing of bag, because only one solution can save postal department.

My experience with the US Postal Service shows a simple innovation of a Priority Mail Flat Rate (http://goo.gl/OnlV0) with their slogan "If It Fits, It Ships!" provides a good example that our postal service can emulate. This goes with my earlier suggestion of having mailing packets etc.

eMO can be done by people directly from their own bank account thorugh internet banking if any cause it is not deliver then money can return to their account

Namaskar, I have following suggestions.
1. As we are connected by mobiles make all postmen and post offices connected through internet and mobile.
2. Provide courier pickup facility for senior citizen (may be with additional charge), so that old people don't have to travel to post.
3. Encourage use of speed post/ registered post to online sellers. Provide reliability and discount to them for their bulk orders, so that they use Indian postal service for delivering their packages.
