Honourable modi ji, Now a days every person is spending 30% od day in mobile and in that especially YouTube, Twitter, Instagram etc.., So government of India can alot a particular team which will take video and importance a festival and can release a small video in YouTube etc ., As these social network are using world wide everyone can watch it. But people will watch it only if it is special with some info available. So instead of showing hours of video we can make short video within 5 to 10min and can provide a wiki link where there can learn and understand what this culture festival is and what is the importance of that and what tradition we follow. If we make small video with proper understandable way then video will become famous and culture or festival also will be known. I as a person won't use social network apps but as I saw the people surrounding how they behaves I feel this will work. 5 year old to 70 year old person is becoming additive and behave like that.

Make connectivity and interdependence the catalyst for all learning–digital, physical, human, ecological, political, etc. Stop claiming every child will be proficient. (Find find something else to promise.) Have students design their own quality criteria, and develop frameworks to help them understand how. Celebrate learning by celebrating learning models–every school is branded by that model and approach, rather than historical names and empty mascots. Embrace that there is no best way to teach and learn. Don’t make attendance compulsory. Make classrooms places students want to be. Stop using the words and phrases proficient, best practice, and student engagement; stop reporting proficiency through demographic groups, and instead do so individually. Have a group of successful professionals document the 10 most important things they know, and the 10 most important skills. Then compare and contrast them with national academic standards.

Respected PM Saab, There are many occasions when the Farmers in T.Nadu do not get good price for their vegetables, due to surplus harvest and the market prices goes below Rs 5/kg. in such occasions farmers resort to dumping of vegetables on the road, as a mark of protest, because they do not even get their cost price. There should be a Central Govt department who should react immediately to such situations and purchase these vegetables at reasonable prices and instantly move it to other states or export it to nearby countries. Large Cold Storage facilities should be available for such eventualities.
