Yes, it is true that the traditional festivals/cultures in our country is decreasing. Some of the reasons for this shift is the change in the lifestyle as more nuclear families have increased people find no time to bond with their families/relatives and celebrate their culture. Some of the ways to combat this situation can be- 1. Schools and govt institutions can dedicate a day and celebrate a regional festival/culture of their respective area. This will make children and people aware of their own culture and also it will get promoted in all the other communities. 2. Govt. can setup a mega event where all the regional tradition and cultures are celebrated inviting certain influential personalities from all over the world. This will cater a large worldwide audience and help in promoting the rich Indian culture. 3. Deshke Utsav campaign should be advertised through TV ads , Display Ads, Audio Ads on TV, radio, podcast, social media so that people become more aware.

Dear sir. To save the culture of our language we may learn our children the history of the regional language though by ourselves or through their school. Growing children should pickup new things very quickly so one must spend time with them to educate regarding local language with their routine. Competition with in 3 month will also encouraged between children are a success to promote the locals language.

Banipur Lok Utsav always wanted to be a part of our fame and maintaining the ethnic and traditional values of our culture. Therefore, this fair has a different point of views than the other fairs in this state as well as the whole country. Folk songs, mural paintings, puppet dances, theaters, works of bamboo and sticks etc. are the most interesting presentation of this fair.

India has so much cultural diversity and talent that it needs to be brought out in front of the world. Through this Ministry, we can develop a program of folk dances of India. Pick a folk dance form from each state of India, e.g. Garba or Dandia Raas from Gujarat, that shows the cultural heritage of that state in its costume, music, folk-lore, etc. Let each dance item be about 5 min each. This way about a 3 hour program can be developed. This group will project India to the world. India's Embassies around the world can co-ordinate arrangement at country level. In a large country like USA, the troupe may spend 2-4 weeks visiting different large cities. Each performance should be recorded live and compiled into a video digital library for viewing by people who have missed it first time. I am a person of Indian origin who grew up in Tanzania. I remember seeing a 3-4 hour non-stop program by Sachin Shanker Dance group from India in the 1970s. It is still fresh in my mind.
