The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Mr. Prime Minister, we should immediately launch a Swasth Evam Kushal Bharat Abhiyan 2014-20117,. We should ensure that every school going children up to 5th standard gets free regular health check up, nutritious food and every income tax payee apart from volunteers (except retired persons) contributes Rs. 1000/- per annum towards this scheme. Likewise at least two of the children of individual is forced to go to school up to class 5th otherwise such individual should not be given any benefit.

Australia can supply a huge quantity of raw material and India is about to build a strong platform for manufacturing finished goods. If a friendly trading and some tax exceptions can be made, both the countries can be mutually benefited.

Government have introduced many plans to promote Industries such as Single Window clearence, Subsidies, power backup etc.. But none are serving the purpose. Instead they are creating more burden on Entrepreneurs. Example: To take power or pollution approval few years we wanted to give money for only pollution or power board. Now to move our file in single window we have to give money at single widow and then again money at power office. As of now single window is just an extension for bribe.

Dear Honourable Prime Minister, malnutrition in the children is a biggest problem in India. Main cause of malnutrition is the unavailability of adequate essential vitamins and proteins in the daily meals as most of the Indian food is carbohydrate rich which is readily available. To get rid of this problem, We could use bio-fortification of our staple food. In plain English, enriching our staple food such as rice and Roti, with vitamins and minerals using biotechnology.

Tax free saving for infrasture development project need can be increased to 500000 per tax payer of maximum 30% of his gross annual income. This will remove inflationary pressure as more fund will get diverted for long term growth and less fund will be available for purchases which cause inflation.

Health care of india is very bad shape including hospital, education, pharma , research. No rules and regulation, only money. Pay the money you get medical degree, pay money u will get licence to make medicine , all research are fake, main focus of private hospital to earn money. Govt hospital are bad , medicine available are even worst, even specialised doctor are not qualified. Young generation do not want to become Doctor. Urgent action plan is necessary.

Sir my 2nd advice to you is please make rigid laws related to rape cases, it takes years for the victim and her family to get the justice and rape criminals are moving freely without the fear of police n law. Rape victims are murdered n brutally killed n afterwards criminals are moving freely in society. There is saying that respect a women if u want success in life. N now even foreigners are afraid of visiting our country because of this major problem.
