The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Export policy need to be congenial for exporters. Importable goods need to be indigenously manufactured in India only. Backward states need to come under the notice of Central Ministry with extra adherence. Education at a free or minimum cost should be provided to villagers and they also need to be introduced with a high class infrastructure and facilities. Basic things but very mandatory like, electricity, transport roads and Internet should be provided in all part of the country.

B) Annual health check up: As a mandate, all donators should be provided annual health check up. C) Separate CGHS OPD in empanelled hospitals: Currently CGHS employees visit local dispensaries for regular check up. Dispensaries are limited and are not available at all locations. If it is mandated for all CGHS empanelled hospitals to have separate CGHS OPDs, it will allow CGHS employees to visit local empanelled hospital in case local dispensary is not available.

I wish to bring to your attention the grieving problem of multiple deaths each year, due to unavailability of essential human organs. As an attempt to support this cause, I had requested to donate all my organs posthumously on the last organ donation day. To further support this cause, I have certain suggestions, listed out in following points. A) Organ donation policy for government employee: I feel that it should be mandated for all government employees to donate their organs posthumously.

Hon. PM, the biggest of our country's problem is the population. It has always been seen and experience if the family is big then it becomes very tough to manage it, despite of that a smaller family always have a prosperous lifestyle. As a solution we must implement the Yojna, HAM DO, HAMARE DO and should be strictly followed.

sir i am principal of govt degree college for women in Bellary, Karnataka.sir i am really thankful to you for saving our valuable time which was being wasted in signing photo copies of various certificates of public. But ,in spite of all these efforts there are many who come for attestation as concerned officials are forcing public for attestation. Hence we, being gazetted officers are forced to do attestation and as such our valuable time is being wasted and it is a hindrance to the development
