Encouragement from parents and society is one of the most needed factor that decides the future of an athlete. So I think 'change the mindset to set the mind right' should be our motto first.A bad ground can have less bad impact on an athlete than the above case does.'India should concentrate more on constructing talents than discovering one',I believe. An athlete is one who never chooses to lose. Now think of fighting when your close ones are against you.Its tough and probably almost impossible.

If you really want to increase India's Olympic potential then you have to take a tough decidion. Remove political bureaucrats from top sports officials and put people from the sports background in their place, also put a any great ex sports person in the chair of Sports minister. Only they can understand what facilities a sportman need and the problems they face to achieve success at Olympic.

To improve basic health so many things we are doing without any donation. As trying to donate football cricket bat ball and for gymnastics I have prepared a unique parallel bar on which children and adults can do dips in air or on ground also. Pure Steel version cost Rs.17500/-only. Iron version Rs.12500 only
Another parallel bar is along with weight lifting rod and 14kg.weight. It can be increased according to strength of the person. It is made of pure steel material.
Costs only Rs.26500/-

Sports Bodies and Sporting Authority should be transferred to ex sports personnel, free from the gambit of bureaucracy. They should be not be influenced by the ruling governments of state and national level.

We need to make an authority who will set some standards and which do not report to the government or cannot be influenced by the government, the leaders of this authority should be retired sportspersons. Then, this authority should set some standards which educational institutions must fulfil to operate and will not be allowed to operate if they failed to fulfil them. There should be strict action as there is a lack of infrastructure in sports. That's why we can't compete with other nations.

Actually modern sports in very much a part of industry & in regarded as " Sports Industry ". It involves infrastructure, Technology & medicine. We need to undertake a project & assign responsibilities for all those who are going to parties of this project. Need for development of sports school, playground & instrumentation up gradation required. Sports medicine & related technology should to considered with respect. However, the main thing behind success is national spirit.
