To train the players by foreign coaches.Conduct Tournaments like IPL,ISL.
agree with mr.anshuman kuthiala
1.introduce marks for sports at the school and college level.
2.develop mechanism at district level to spot talent at early stage and nurture it properly.
3.encourage sports activities at govt offices by providing space and equipment
4.sports federations should be run by sportsmen and not politicians.
5.money and media coverage provided to cricket needs to be reduced and olympic sports should be encouraged.
Please go through my attached article published in Nai Dunia page number 8on 17th September 2016.
Achievements of persons with disabilities should be given equal importance and be rewarded equally.
I think the Indian Armed Forces have huge talent that is well trained and can easily win multiple medals at Olympics. Indian Army can support and nurture sportspersons for events like shooting, weightlifting, wrestling, judo, taekwondo, equestrian, athletics, cycling, fencing etc. Indian Navy can support and nurture sportspersons for events like swimming, diving, sailing, canoeing, rowing, marathon swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo etc.
We are really too much focused on cricket. First step is identifying sports where there are possibilities of multiple Olympic medals i.e. shooting, swimming, athletics, weightlifting, wrestling, boxing, gymnastics, cycling, diving etc. Second step is identifying top talent in these sports at National level. Third step is helping these sportspersons with the best of coaching, infrastructure and monetary sponsorship. Fourth step is the promise of huge monetary rewards for all Olympic medalists.
I want to form a Institute at state level like sport ground, form a menu and provide state to implement, there should be commeete member of each state to monitor that sport menu implemented or not.and review report should send to central team for assessment.
We are very focused on cricket, when it comes to infrastructure/coaching/sponsorships etc. and even while selecting a team that goes to a particular region of the world. Similar efforts needs to be done in other sports. We need to learn from China/US/UK on how they invest and groom athletes. Let us bring Olympic winners to train our athletes as well and have organizations similar to BCCI focusing on other sports.
We need to inculcate sport culture in our generation next which will help to improve our performance in Mega sport events.1)Request corporate house through CSR built facility in every district of India for different sports. BCCI is the richest sport body in India and they gets lot of tax benefit, they body shall be asked to built the different sport facility in the cricket stadium and other area. The implementation shall be in mission mode declare 2017 sport facility development year
In respect to improve the mega sports events, I want to suggest that, sports grounds and related infrastructure facilities should be provided in all the cities and also in grams level, The training of each play should be given primarily from school , the coaches should be encouraged to prepare the players for such mega games, further, during the specific interval, competition like khel mahotsav etc. should be done by which the real tellant and players can be found and selected for such game, thnk
