1. Most important thing for community participation is awareness creation and education. 2. Use latest GIS / surveying tools. Educate RI's of the area in using these tools. 3. Use village panchayats for education on the issues pertaining to the area. 4. Make Tehsildars / RI's responsible for the education. 5. Educate AEO's / NABARD officers. 6. Make District collectors resposible for education. 7. Integrate MNREGS with this programme. Reduce double spending while execution of the tasks.

I received one of my grievance latter from PD watershed Ganjam, Odisha. There mentioned The PIA WMT and TE working fully at all the watershed activities. But on officially they are engaged JSCA one of the staff of Soil Consrevation dept. for collection of PC and create controversial activities about WMT and watershed Programme. The are Contractual. They have no power to do something above watershed. Dear sir The WMTs are more qualified from JSCA engaged as 10 th std. but WMTs are post graduat

The PIA and JSCA are involved that curroption of work Training, EPA works, NRM works etc. That funds are diverted other works but record maintain as expenditure is made in different works. Like The Ganjam District IWMP watershed CB funds are expenditure in purchase of Commercial GAS, Gas Chulalahs, Cycle, Bed, Construction of office rooms in different field level office, Purchase of huge utensils, and supplied ny PD watershed Ganjam. That more than expenditure are One Crore funds are diverted

Sir, The watershed programme in Odisha. there is many corruptions in watershed programme. Please all files from 1999 to till date give CBI for verification. Dear There is neglected newly appointed staffs. When the soil conservation dept. taken this programme many corruptions are going on and they are deviation of watershed guideline.
