Rivers must be kept clean and maintain cleanliness every year.Floating items must be filtered by nets and the dissolved impurities must be treated with bio organic materials which will not kill fish and fauna. The water must be treated to potability.Grama sabhas should be formed by panchayats with one third membership goes to ladies..

Every village should build a watershed. The rain water must be stored in the village,Bore wells will get water from the higher water table ,heightened thanks to the rain water storage.WAter thus collected in the watershed must be treated to free germs and bacteria. The water in the tank can be used for washing and bathing only by pumping out to washing area and bath rooms.

sir, there is central govt sponsored scheme to install small size submersible tube wells, they are mindlessly installed in every village of Haryana. they run day and night without any demand of water. all ponds are overflow and precious water is spreading wastefully in each and every corner of village. this scheme immediately review to save water and resident from water-born problems.

Water shed program is as important to cities as it is to catchment areas or arid areas. Thought process of creating watershed management is good to store water locally and use in when in need allows local admin and villager’s greater freedom, understanding and sense of belonging. Interconnecting each watershed enables exchange of water based on usage. Effective Community participation is possible only when the local villagers own the watershed facility created. To make the villagers own, the following are the suggestions: 1. Nominal annual contributions from villagers benefitting from Watershed program towards maintenance. 2. Metered cost bill to be paid by farmer utilizing water. 3. Village panchayat to decide on minimum quantity for each farmer based on size of land owned and type of crop. 4. Escalation of issue to be handled by local MLA / MP 5. Cost of construction and technical inputs as per Central or State Govts. Watershed in Cities & Towns Potential of watershed program will get limited, if used only in rural areas. Cities have high per capita water consumption and limited input resources. Also the capital cost of drawing water from rivers and maintaining them are exorbitant. Most part of cities & towns are covered by bitumen roads, concrete paving & buildings, allowing surface water to flow instead of percolation, which is the case in rural areas. This overflow gets wasted, as storm water gets mixed with sewage streams. Sewage treatment plant cannot function with seasonal overload and this waster is regarded waste. Unless storm water is allowed to flow separately and collected in local ponds and water bodies, and is used as a resource of water for drinking for local areas, water bodies will remain without being encroached upon and will also recharge the water table. Similarly sewage also must be treated locally and treated water should go back to local area irrigation, water fountains etc., which will not only beautify city but also recharge ground water and enhance greenery of the city / town.

Factories & small scale industries should stop printing god images on crackers, posters & some daily using articles. There must be some sort of respect to indian culture. For eg, some god images are printed on crackers, after busrting the crackers, people are foot stepping on the same god printed images & dancing. So where is the respect to god, i request government to take some severe action, this is not a difficult desicion for our modi government i guess. People, correct me if i am wrong ?

I request the Modil Govt to rehabilitate all the families living on the Banks of Rivers like Krishna at Vijayawada, so that we can retain more water in the River throughout the year. As illegal occupation happens on the river beds with the help of galli politicians, the river is unable to retain more water, draining into the Sea and finally resulting just 3' depth of water. This is not at a good practice. when we have the river with 13 ft depth, at least we must try to retain 60 to 70% of water.
