Very good efforts but somehow they are not able to seep in deep to the public.Probably in past 62 years everybody has become lazy and kthey know nothing will change much but again it has to be everybody who must feel motivated that yes if they do something the change shall come. Now just look at Swacch bharat there can be many pictures but actually how many are seriously doing it everyday.Hardly any.But now one cannot enter in and transform and unless everybody does it the things wont change.

There's a saying in Marathi that "शेतकर्याच्या बांधापर्यंत शासन गेले तरच शेतीची खर्या अर्थाने प्रगत होऊ शकते.". Broadly translated as "if the Govt reaches out to the fields of the farmers, then only the farming would get developed." In the same way, the Govt machinery at ZP level (which I observed is lazy and corrupt to some extent, coz, they do not have direct central control) should be deployed extensively within the people of even the remotest parts of India.

Model villages who have successfully executed these kinds of programmes in the past, should be given wide publicity and due recognition at State and Central level. This could be done keeping the view of the then Maha Govt Gram Swachata Abhiyan wherein it was made mandatory to build the toilet to get the imp govt documents and the villages with best records were being given awards from the Govt to encourage others.

Namaste Modiji, to increase the awareness in the people, especially the people from Villages, about the importance of watershed development,a panchayat level campaign is to be initiated by the Central Govt directives. To put bluntly, time has come to make this programme mandatory in th Panchayats where people just digging deeper and deeper without understanding the importance of these programmes.

There is a strong reason why water is drying up in India. Everybody knows that water flows in the underground channels. You take out more, it will dry up at other place. Major reason of the same is free electricity. Farmers keep the pump running and take out water even if there is no requirement because the electricity is free. Let them get compensation on KW basis using aadhar subsidy through the state government so that actual subsidy is known. PFC report in State discom shall be eye opener.

There are two major dry prone are in India , one is western region starts from Delhi , hariyana, raj, guj, and western up, second is eastern part of westen ghat start from madya Maharastra, interior Karnataka, tamilnadu, in first we just need to joint ganga to Yamuna and then flow the flooded water to Yamuna. And than yamyna link to luni in rajstan. Second case make more water reservoir in western ghat and store the water that gone back to arab sea.

Make a all india agricultural service like ES who will head the all the development of agricultural and as well as watershed management . Should be interlinking scheme like multipurpose river project. In town area it should be compulsory for rain water harvesting in situ. One important suggestion that why not government help to dig new ponds and maintain old pond who is owned by people rather then investing in public pond..bçz public pond cannot care by any one

Respectable Sir, the retirement age should be reduced to 55 because it will generate more employments with lower salaries and younger people will be recruited which will reduce frustration amongst youngesters who are unemployed. Moreover, due to stress and fast life the mortality rate is high say after 60 very less people could live life for 20/25 years. The reduction is retirement age will generate lot of job opportunities and will also reduce govt cost on salaries. Please consider-haresh p
