Place everywhere e-dustbin in the city. Dustbins should be digitally enabled. IF fulled should send alarm to waste management controller to empty dustbin so that city can be kept clean every time.

Sir, there are now in many major metros "start ups" that deal with waste collection and disposal. Most of these are web enabled and should be encouraged. All housing societies should be encouraged to integrate with either the corporation / ward waste disposal mechanism or private entities through dedicated "applications". Most large housing complexes have intranet through which circulars can be exchanged.

Sir, all city corporations / wards should have a dedicated whatsapp number to which time labelled photographs can be sent for quick processing. They should also start a dedicated group for collecting e-waste, which can be intimated & followed through with secure processes. Plastics can and should be recycled, wishing them away may not be entirely possible. This again needs a dedicated site for intimation, collection & processing - plastic can be used for road laying too.

#MyGov Dear sir All Cities all colonies and Villages needs to have Water service repairers, Plumbing Technicians etc. National Construction academy can train all Apartment Watchmen, all other workers in Plumbing, Bathroom repairs etc.Since Most bathroom fittings now a days are becoming leaking things. Quality Stamping like ISI should be made mandatory for Bathroom Kitchen Taps etc. These measures will save water in Apartments, stop leakages.

the production of thin polythene bags must be stopped. if thick bags are only made they will be costly and people will not throw them.

In case of Packing material used for consumer products, pollution tax may be collected from the manufacturer, which like VAT can be collected by the seller at all stages. The end user will have to pay something extra for buying the packaged items. The amount so paid extra can be reclaimed by the end user when he deposits the empty packing at any retail shop.the retailer can claim the amount refunded by him and so on.

The drains in cities should be so designed that at some distance say 200 to 300 meters the cross section of the drain increases so that the velocity of flow is reduced and solids in the flow get collected and trap can be put on the outlet and solid waste is removed mechanically.
The trap can be designed in such a manner that itcan be lifted mechanically and solids are removed at ground level
