1.Smart Farming must include technical farming like usage of e-watering, an application by which we can water the crops from a long distance. 2.Smart farming must include organic farming, use of bio-products, smart machines, etc. 3.Farming with smart and technical watering and highly technical organic seeds. 4.Farmers must use best technical methods of farming and must use consultancy of scientists and technicians. 5.Smart farming techniques must be implemented and traditional methods abandoned.

1. We need some intermediaries technologies before full integration with smart farming to decrease cognitive overloads.
2. Smart community farming to felicitate wide scale adoption and bring scale of economy. e.g Drone could be community wise subscribed and sensor on agriculture equipment's could be distributed.
3.Smart post harvest storage. Make it technology proof weed out human/pest error. Integrate it with food security mission through distributive and localized policy framework

Water is most essential for Agriculture. In Haryana every year we stop water supply through canals to clean them. But Cleaning of canals remain on papers as no techincal & Classified data is avilable that "how much water we have saved through it" . To implement the canal cleaning more Automation is required / Special fitted tractors/JCB tools can be developed through Research by Universities for local problems and Get best suitable solution. More Automation and IT implication is needed

Now days Haryana's mandis are full of "Wheat" and no place to store them. As farmers are placing their wealth on raodside. To stop such wastage, A Cielo or Warehouse would be built in every/Two or three village Cluster with IT enabled Store maintance Software with online connectivity with Central Warehouse. this scheme can be run by PPP model as past model of "Gram Malls" run by ITC, Shriram,Godrej etc to Get rid of wastage and Grow farmer & India.

Agricuture solely depends on water. Connectivity among the water bodies is must. this concept is on the back burners for decades. Central Govt should take over the montering or managing the rivers and the water flowing in the rivers should be made national assets and not the state controled. Govt can initiate it with SYL.

Respected Sir,
Please give importance to store organic food crops and make facility for this. Please joint rivers all over India and construct huge number of dams, canals, and increase facility to store water.Organic food crops are healthy to mankind and it does not cause any disease. GMO's causes cancer, makes soil infertile and contaminate water.Give water supply and electricity for farmers all over the year. Please stop agricultural lands to convert into residential areas.

Sir,
The immediate solution is to install the plants to convert the sea water into normal drinking water. Also all the water resources to be linked.

Irrespective of using technology / curative products, globally, farmers lose up to 90% produce due to diseases. The Solution lies in prevention. Swasti Agro has developed preventive “vaccines” and for plants – ecofriendly sustainable technology; and “healthcare system” – android, IOT based support system. Using “Millennium Alliance Award” we reach out 500,000 BoP farmers within 3 years. Venture trained at CIIE-IIM, Stanford aims to minimize risk and optimizing profitability in agriculture.

Probably we could distribute poultry/goats/cows as a part of subsidy to the farmers.
