A e-market portal should be established . a person from each village should be selected and be held responsible for grading and sorting of agricultural produce. all villagers should be linked to e-marketing portal of their districts

Smart farming is dependent on smart marketing of the aggro product and smart institutional credit system. With integration of these three we cant expect a successful smart farming model. Thus rural youth force can be used to make this initiative successful. This is not an assumption here is a model for this purpose.

For agricultural innovations, we are replicating nature at our farms in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
We have found that subhash palekar ji's zero budget natural farming is very helpful in reduction of farm input costs and improving land fertility, improved quality and quantity of food produced.
Smart farming must be sustainable . Plz visit his website and find out how local resources can be best utilised by farmers to get optimum performance without compromising health of consumers and nation.

In rural areas of rajasthan still farmers are using traditional irrigation technique. which waste a lot of water and lower the water table.
I want to request all the farmers to use drip irrigation and fertigation technology. growing of house consumable vegetables will strengthen the financial power and health of the people.
the most important thing i want to suggest is that farmer should visit regularly our meteorology department website it will help them to make there programme efficient.

Take the example of Hiwre Bazar in Ahmednagar,Maharastra to be replicated for other villages in the state. It does take time.. but what doesnot ?
Add to this the modern techniques in application at the root levels of reaching people and making it available to all under the govt schemes.
