A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

Jai hind Shri man. Mera ssuggestion ye h ki vivah sammelano m sahdi se pahle ladke walo ki taraf se ghar m souchalay hone ka certificate compulsory liya Jana chahiye. Bina certificate shadi k liye registration nhi kiya jaye.

Sir, Give equal importance for all sports. All the Sports channels 24 /7 give only cricket match. where lot of money is involved. Hockey and other games are neglected. Very sad Chess world championship news is not at all displayed in any channels. So Indian children will after only cricket where there is lot of money. What about other sports and games. Give equal importance to all sports and games, definitely India will get more Medals in olympics. Kindly reduce the monetory benefits to cricket.

Dear Sir, FIRST THING WE HAVE TO CLEAN OUR COUNTRY FROM BRIBE. STARTING FROM THE VILLAGE GRAM PANCHAYAT TO VIDHANA SOUDA, EVERY WHERE THERE IS BRIBE. UNNECESSARY DELAY EXISTS IN EACH AND EVERY DEPARTMENT. A VILLAGE FARMER WHO IS RESIDING IN THE GOVENMENT LAND AND HIS AGE IS 85 YEARS. TILL TODAY THE AGRICULTURAL LAND OF 0.72 CENTS IS NOT SANCTIONED. SO PLEASE HELP POOR FARMERS LESS THAN ONE ACRE OF LAND, TAHASHILDHAR SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO GO TO THE FARMERS HOUSE AND SANCTION THE LAND-KAR SULLIA

Aadhaar is the best method to avoid misutilisation of the subsidy scheme. From this we can reduce the burden on exchequer. Like this implement this scheme to KEROSENE. Because most of kerosene distributed to Public Distribution System (PDS) is going to the highway Dhabas (for lorry to use as fuel) and towns. In towns more than the 50% of the auto are using subsidized kerosene or subsidized LPG. Government must implement the scheme like DBTL to cut the kerosene subsidy.

We could align distribution volume by demand signal. A recently concluded cencus would allow information on locality and consumption pattern. This would allow allocation to distributors only to serve the demand. Once this is established the process will be streamlined and local accountability should be established for measurement of distribution numbers mapping to community served. Anomalies should be corrected and lesser the variation , better the governance.

Long term:direct gas pipelines to every household like electricity or water or phone. Short / medium:every cylinder issued should be tagged with a temporary bar code on production.A single bank account under direct control of govt of India. Any individual who needs cylinder should deposit the decided rate by govt to this account with either PAN or aadar card or address proof where cylinder is needed. In-return the individual will get bar code #&distributor location to get the said cylinder.

Sir, commercial connections should not be given any subsidy and any domestic cylenders are used for commerial purpose that connection should be cancelled. There should be differentition of colour between commerial and domestic cylenders. Such misuser shall be penalized. Civil supply vigilance system be strengthened. Why can't we think about Postal network which has base at every nook and corner in distribution of these products to avoid any shortcomings.

appoint diplomats to frame our foreign policy first work is increase mobility i the arunachal pradesh and jammu kashmir then use our diplomatic weightage in Afghanistan and pit our army bases inside their territory at the edge of kabul river so there will counter weight for Pakistan
