There is big question on subsidy on diesel also which is hugely been enjoyed by rich indians & politicians for thrir cars. Like in Germany, we shd also hv highway gas stns dispense subsidized coloured diesel to trucks only, since interstate trucks carry essential items, other bulk users are railways & airlines, to whom direct supply is being made. Strict action to be taken against gas stn & car owner if found violating the rules. Within city limits gas stns to hv non subsidized diesel only.

KERSOSENE - Who is the end user? if that is clear to Govt. ensure direct subsidy by using AAdhar for those people only. We will reduce 40% by enabling Direct Transfer.
LPG usage - Surprise checks in all roadside EATERY/CART VEHICLESon regular basis.
We see Domestic gas usage in Commercial Places like Tea Shop and other small stalls.
Govt should emphasis of changing gas stoves which are 10 yrs older and replace with newer ones in all households

Govt should encourage a crop which can be cultivated in most parts of the country for biofuel for kitchen and for automobiles. One such magic crop is Industrial HEMP. After a lot of research, it is my recommendation to our Government to create a Hemp Board similar to Rubber Board or Coconut Board considering its huge potential. Attached a document with details. One crop has the potential to make India self reliant in all fields and meet all its energy needs and also reduce carbon foot print

Local municipalities should collect biodegradable garbage from homes and start biogas plant. It should be made mandatory for people to separate out biodegradable waste, recycle waste and others. Municipalities can sell the biogas in cylinders which will be cheaper than LPG.

PDS kerosene is being misused max for commercial purposes and for adulteration of Diesel & petrol. Options are to sell at non-subsidised rates & pass on the balance directly to BPL family bank account through Aadhar card. Attract people to go for Aadhar card & get subsidy directly into their account, even if it means paying extra say Rs5/- per litre of kerosene over BPL family prefering to have subsidised kerosene from retailers. Govt/NGOs may hv to work to educate the poor people.

There should be no subsidy extended to family having taxable income more then Rs10 lacs. Such data is readily available with IT dept. This data can be linked with Aadhar card and subsidy exemption can be cancelled.
Certainly Govt/ oil cos should extend some delivery priority to customers paying full charges over the one getting subsidy. Any other benefits extended to customers which makes them happy and feel the other way to forego subsidy may attract many other citizens to come forward.
