LPG SUBSIDY : Please check possibility to donate the subsidy monthly to identified people/groups at the wish of the consumer. Consumer can give instruction at bank or donate the funds at his wish anytime directly from bank account. This option may increase the contribution. Many consumers are reluctant to leave the subsidy at once not because of affordability but unknown future circumstances.

LPG for domestic use must be made 100% through pipe line. PNG has been provided in several localities but its expansion i.e. coverage of more areas is entangled in red tapism. I have learnt that supply of PNG in our area I.e. Sector-23 & Palam Vihar area is being planned since 2001 but only on paper. There is lack of willpower & accountability in implementation of this facility. PNG reduces diversion completely.

we all know that LPG subsidized cylinders are used in commercial activities. this is only because both subsidised and non subsidiesed cylinders are sold by same gas agencies. Gas agencies always promote use of subsidized gas for commercial use. these agencies are not providing gas cylinders to commercial users like hotels, Dhabas, rehdi and other industry use because they earn black money in sale of domestic gas to these. WE NEED SEPARATE GAS AGENCIES FOR DISTRIBUTION OF COMMERCIAL GAS CYLINDER

certain criteria should be set for availing subsidized cylinders based on family income profession.strictly it should not be given to members of parliament and legislative assemblies, government officials who are drawing pay of 20000/month or more and it should be made sure that the cyliders are delivered directly to households and payment should be made through cash cards and debit cards.it also encourages people to open bank account.

For the Give It Up Campaign for LPG subsidy, I think more options should be made available like instead of giving up subsidy on all 12 cylinders, give it up for 1,2,3,4... cylinders. In this way if 12 families give up subsidy for 1 cylinder willingly, it will be equivalent to giving up whole subsidy. Some people cannot afford to give up subsidy for all cylinders but many could give up 1 for cylinder.

Sir/Madam, Please include online e-payment facility (through Credit/Debit cards/Net banking) in the LPG portals. Consumer should be enabled to pay (optionally) online at the time of booking the refill cylinder. There would be no need to pay cash to the delivery person. Makes the process simple and promotes electronic transaction.
This can also be extended to pay from one's mobile balance, thus helping those who lack Credt/Debit cards/Net banking.
