We could plan that certain districts will be offered gas stoves at a very reasonable price(Govt can arrange with stove companies due to sheer volume it could take) and every one can avail this facility. The scheme will be open for 6 months and after that subsidised kerosene will not be available in that district. It would remove diversion of kerosene to Black Market side by side reducing pollution due to its usage in burning and aduletration with diesel. If this experiment is found to be success

Also, insisting on minimum 2 cylinder bookings in a financial year should be abolished. Why do you force us on buying subsidized cylinders unnecessarily?

Many people divert their excess subsidized cylinders to commercial users for a higher price. Each cylinder should have a unique id. The delivery guy should insist on returning empty cylinder with the same id noted down during previous delivery. This will reduce cylinder exchanges to a larger extent. Also, people may stop carrying these live bombs on their 2 wheelers/autos/cars etc.

1. Stop subsidized Kerosene, LPG, fertilizer, grains, deisel completely.
2. The state will save Lakhs of crore rupees. Instead directly transfer cash to the poor in thier bank account.
3. This way you will stop wholesale corruption in all these subsidies. Most of kerosene is used to adultrate diesel and naptha to adultrate petrol. It spoils the vehicle engines and increases pollution.
4. Stopping fertilizer subsidy will lure farmers to compost manure, which is much better for agriculture.

1) The subsidy should be stopped on kerosene and LPG gas cylinder.
2) The money for subsidy should be transferred in the respective account holder.
3) The gas agency should be encouraged to give the gas connection without subsidy immediately which is like over the counter, you come , pay money and take your gas connection. Also ask them to fill the form that subsidy is not required.
once you have that form you need not to transfer the subsidy for that connection

Entire Train will under solar shelter shadow which reduces the AC load.
Example: Bangalore to Mysore distance is approximately 120 km. We can generate approximately 100 MW.Neighboring villages can be powered through solar power.
Extra power can be connected to Grid.Load on the generating stations can be reduced during day time.Diesel generators will serve the power requirement during night/ cloudy/ rainy season

We can generate solar power by placing the solar panels above the railway track.
Power required for normal train is 5MW.
Area required for 1MW generation of power is 6 acres of land. 3.5 crore per 1 MW
1 km of solar panel at 20 mtr width on the existing train track will produce 5 MW ( 20234 sq. mtr). No need or hassle for land acquire.Solar panels can be mounted on the electric Bus bars supporting structure. No additional cost for the Bus bars & solar panel mounting.

Please issue LPG connections under the PRADHAN MANTRI UJWALA YOJANA to all the BPL families who are now dependent on Subsidised Kerosene.
It is a great scheme of Modi Government where a free LPG connection is provided to BPL (Below Poverty Line) women.
Please try to give Stove also free, instead of Loan and recover the amount under installments.
When government is issueing 5 Crore LPG connections, please try to bargain and convince the companies to reduce the Cylinder and Stove Prices.

There is no diversion in LPG after the implementation of PAHAL (Modified DBTL scheme).
Please implement same scheme for Kerosene also and sell Kerosene at market price only. Subsidy should go to customer's Bank Account directly. There will not be any diversion in Kerosene as well.
At present kerosene is used to adultrate Diesel and Petrol. So it is an urgent requirement to sell Kerosene at market rates to safeguard the interests of Vehicle owners also.
