Private sector employees will also be allowed to take departmental exams other than the defense sector Get recognition for talent when. Government public sector companies currently need skilled staff. The economic loss caused by Corona can only be recovered by the public sector and better ministerial administration. For that, the government should attract those in the private sector and those who are self-employed. Of course this will help in administrative reforms

Changes need to be made in the departmental examinations that are generally conducted for employees working in government departments. Departmental private sector employees should also be allowed to participate in departmental examinations conducted for sectors other than the defense sector. This will enable the government to attract talented employees to public sector companies and ministerial posts. We need to start attracting talented people to the government side.
