Gandhi ji states: "A daughter's share must be equal to that of a son. The husband's earnings are a joint property of husband and wife as he makes money by her assistance.”

Gandhi was totally opposed to gender discrimination. Gandhi did not like Indian society's preference for a boy and a general neglect of a girl child. In fact, in most cases she is not allowed to be born. If born her survival is not ensured. If somehow she survives she is subjected to neglect. She does not get respect and the status she deserves equal to that of a boy.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (/ˈɡɑːndi, ˈɡændi/; Hindustani: [ˈmoːɦəndaːs ˈkərəmtʃənd ˈɡaːndʱi] (listen); 2 October 1869 – 30 January 1948) was an Indian activist who was the leader of the Indian independence movement against British colonial rule. Employing nonviolent civil disobedience, Gandhi led India to independence and inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world. The honorific Mahātmā (Sanskrit: "high-souled", "venerable") was applied to him first in 1914 in South Africa

Good morning .... I am J.Reshma , trying to get government job... like to contribute my knowledge on celebrating "our Father of The Nation"...... I have many plans to enjoy our freedom fighters but the major thing that everyone should do is realise the real well being heart of mahatma ... and follow the things that he wants to see in this world... As we can't able do like him, some thing we can make change in ourself by following the paths of truth

Hamlog ko bapu ki trah bda sochna chahiye. bapu bda nhi sochte to sayad yeh desh azad nhi hota. bapu ka sapna tha ohh desh swach banana chahte the. isiliye hamlogo ko unke ideal pe chalna chahiye. hme apne environment ko saf kre or disease free environment banaye. or sb ka respect kre. hme desh ke sainik ,farmer or women ka respect sbse Jada jaruri h. sainik hmko rkhsa krta, farmer hme khana deta h or women har Maa ki trah sochta h.
