Hello PM ji,Indian railway plays a major role in Manual scavenging where the excretion is dropped in railway tracks and later it is cleaned by Human. To overcome this each train must have a overall sanitation tank seperately which should be connected from all compartment toilets.Later this wastage can be pumped from Sanitation tank to drainage system at the end of destination or the sanitation tank can be changed frequently at long Station halts. 8900 millions of people using railway per year(Refe:2011 Railway budget). Passengers at station comfort level is so worst as the waste is dropped even at stations.

By standing up for the law, people have clean their own garbage. Every locality have to select their group of people & once in a week they have to clean the pits. Or deploy people for this from all cast & creed and pay them well for this job but this work should not be labeled on 1 caste.

Provide wide publicity from the village level through flexes giving clear cut information of the problems that are going to arise by not maintaining the latrines in the household, govt should also provide the Ads on TVS, Govt should also understand that the long travelers(roadways) should be made to after how many kms there is a sanitation house, relaxation house so that this problem can be avoided. The Flexes should be designed in such a way that the person who is not using latrine is ANIMAL.

We should spread the ancient wisdom of India to every nook and corner to bring about unity. Let us prominently display "ekam sadvipra bahudha vadanti" "satyam vada dharmam chara" sarve janah sukhino bhavanthu" "vasudhaiva kutumbakam" "paropakaram punyaya papaya parapeedanam" "ahimsa paramo dharmah" in all public places, educational institutions, airports, railway stations, bus stands, shopping malls and government institutions

First i congratulate govt. for its initiative. I feel what best works for our country is to focus on model panning i.e focus on selective cities , put our plans and execution in select cities and then showcase those achievements for other cities,tows to follow as benchmarks. experience from our selective execution can be shared and mistakes rectified
