How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

It is common now days people are fleeing from villages in search of job reason may different. I suggest to make them groups of agriculture workers by giving training on agricultural activities. These group will act as service providers to Landlords. Landlords will be benefited from skilled work force. For landlords labour problems will be solved and For lab ours they will have enough work to do in villages.

tax saving infrastructure bond, local area development bond can be issued by local government/municipality guaranteed by state or central government for the development work where citizen belonging to their hometown can invest. This way every citizen can relate themselves to the development of India and further municipality or local self government can get finance to fund their projects which is the major bottleneck.

Engineering syllabus should include some management and finance to help an entrepreneur setting his business 4. Incubators should be present in every city to provide shared office spaces for startups during the first 2years 5. Easy access to softloans for startups. 6. 60yrs since British left &we still call others SIR. Slave mentality discourages innovation

"Harnessing and Harvesting" could be a mantra on which such Brain Drain type of problems could be addressed. By evolving mechanisms to harness Individual interests and channeling towards larger goals could perhaps salvage partially the situation. The need is to have mechanisms to manage paths of individuals and be able to provide triggers that suggest opportunities and also the opportunity cost of the alternative. By aligning the opportunity to larger goals the opportunity cost will be multifold

Dear Sir, I am of opinion that we can make scrubbers need to wash vessels from tender coconut shells. The used scrubbers can be burnt. There can be SME for this purpose and citizen can offload or transport tender coconut waste shells there.
