How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

It is very easy to stop brain drain by creating pride for India and improving our work culture. Honorable PM has already shown the future India and the youth is very hopeful. We need to reach out to the best colleges in India like IIT's, IIM's, Law colleges, other A class medical engineering law etc. etc. colleges and do campus hiring from the first semester itself. Best brains should be picked from there at handsome remuneration and facilities that provide a top notch social status.

Sir Please advice DFS/IBA not to be rigid while dealing with UFBE. The banking fraternity has gone beyond the call of duty to make the governments programme successful. And all banks are earning profits and the burden will be on banks only and GOI is not going to share the burden. While inking the pact DFS/IBA should insist on Transfer of Clerical staff within the state and the clerical staff who are transferred within the state (more than 100 kms) should be provided House Rent Reimbursement.

Until good and green opportunity with special privilege and prestige to all the NRI s and those talented from IIT and IIM passouts settled in foreign - make a platform or group for them and organise a get together in India and request them to help back mother India in a way of their own and government can give some awards- like khel ratna, Padma bhusan- why not bharatsamridhi or Bharat punar nirman award for those great Indians who are contributing in various fields in other countries for good

SIR. It is high time to see the need to continue DRDO, CFTRI or not as there is no contributions/ achievement in their field. The Budget allotted to them is adviseable to transfer to ISRO for commercial production of satellites for exports and research.
