The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Create teams of professors from different departments and create a core team. Ask teams and private businesses to come up with ideas where the technology can be used. This technology is very useful in many sectors just that people have to rethink of the products they are using now a days. Eg. Paints that protect from fire, dirt, moisture. Electronic chips in cards, Powder metallurgy, medical injections, thinner lighter stronger metals and plastics, and so on. Unlimited possibilities.

Women safety is the major issue and i would like to bring the problem and its partial solution to your notice: PROB: Rape cases are the major problem and victims are mostly the working women. SOL: Government should introduce the exclusive bus service for women in all major cities during critical hours (8PM to 5AM, 1 hr interval) with one armed Lady and Gent cop. Size and fare of the bus can be decided on the load of each route. Every woman should sms to Traffic police before boarding the bus.

If any details is not updated and found during audit then that becomes property of gov. In this way people will bring their black money out. This card should be used compulsory for doing transaction like purchasing grocery, restaurant, shopping and even at pan shop. This will gen revenue and there will be no cash transaction. This is a hitech field hence cannot straight away go down to each every individual.Let these institutes be allowed to take up UG(under Graduate) and PG programmes as per their convenient number. Train students both in software and hardware part, export them to Foreign Univs under Mutual Exchange Programmes.. There will be no brain drain but Brain Gain
