The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

How to create awareness on food adulteration, artificial colors, artificial flavors and processed foods that are causing so many health issues in our society? Though there are certain standard set by few organisations, not all food products go through a thorough check and there is no transparency on the food labels. How do we avoid these issues affecting us?

Sir as we have faced natural disaster , more organized approach is required to deal with the disaster like this , army should not be pressurized on every occasion ,NDRF is not , we need a national management that immediately reacts to the situation with all the facility at their hands , as phone got dead during this dsaster , we should have emergency networks so that people dont suffer in future , even if normal signals are not there .

In the end, it’s how you feel that matters, and the ultimate test will be to listen to your body and see for yourself if you can sense any difference when according to your saliva test you are in a more alkaline state.

. I would highly recommend testing your own saliva regularly to get your own experience of what it takes to keep yourself in a more alkaline condition. Remember to combine this with adequate relaxation, meditation, and laughter.

. Use a little more millet and reduce other grains, make a drink by squeezing lemon into a glass and poring hot water over it, have fresh melon for desert, cook parsley as a vegetable dish, try tofu instead of beans more often, drink kukicha or herbal teas, and have freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juices.

If you enjoy alcohol sometimes, try to also eat more alkaline-forming foods. Have an alkaline-forming fresh vegetable juice with the occasional coffee. To increase the alkaline-forming foods within your diet, try a miso soup with a variety of vegetables and wakame, dulse, or nori daily. Adding celery, watercress, and parsley to your soup will make it much more alkalizing
