The Internet and social media platforms provide its users an array of opportunities to engage, participate, interact and learn. At the same time, they pose a significant threat to users in terms of privacy, security risks and cyber bullying.

In order to sensitize and create awareness among young internet users on safe and responsible use of internet and available online technologies, Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) seek suggestions on a discussion titled “How to keep children safe online?”

The best suggestions will be incorporated in awareness and sensitisation plan to be unveiled/launched as a part of Internet Safety Guidelines for children and Youth.

The last date of submission of your comments is 17th February, 2015.

01. The Login procedure - system shoudl be created. Whether kid or adult - the photo and date of birth should be necessary for login on any portal. 02. If possible aadhaar can be linked for login procedure. the aim is kid is allowed to the eligible sites. 03. The porn sites are easily available - for example - even in You tube one can reach porn videos or films easily - proper check is needed 04. Time limit should be there for kids

How is this idea ? Like and Connect if you please :) Mission : To plant 1 Lac FRUIT BEARING Trees in Delhi on Government's Unused Land Resources. The maintenance of these fuit factories will generate employment & serve to feed the hunger of Indian people .

Dear Sir would like to highlight why we do not have train or road or freey transport from India to Burma and Srilanka .before independence from Cheenai to Colombo one can purchase to and fro tickets which include train and feery charges why such things are not introduce after independence this will increase tourism among both countries but also bilateral relationship same with Burma and Thailand .we need to establsih train and road Network with our surrounding countries as early as possible.

One simple option would be to rate the websites like how films are rated and certified. This will allow to have better parental control to block websites which are rated for matured audience and will let them access only websites which are certified and rated for kids
