All the government sponsered programmes meetings seminars conventions should be banned in three star four star five star hotels and should compulsory be doen in stadiums ,sporys area and revenue expenditure going to private hotels should be given in advance to sports body maintaning the stadia and promsing arrangement for seminar conventions exhibitions to ear revenue thru extra space without compromising the sports activities and practice .
The each stadium should be given sponsership JVRAO
